Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Guillevin International. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery.
  • Manage purchase orders, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
