Guillevin International is seeking a skilled Coordonnateur de projet to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing contractors with accurate estimates and working with key suppliers and internal associates to deliver the right products at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide contractors with accurate estimates and work with key suppliers and other internal associates to provide the right products at the right time.
  • Check the requirements, scope, and objectives of each project to ensure efficient and profitable management. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.
  • Rigorously manage all aspects of purchase orders: documentation, communication, fulfillment, and billing.
  • Monitor project progress and address problems as they arise (flag and escalate to management if necessary). Follow up with customers to guarantee the brand promise and delivery that meets project needs.
  • Negotiate prices and conditions of sale with suppliers in the best interests of the customer, while respecting acceptable margins.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Keep technical knowledge of product lines up to date and stay informed about new developments to respond effectively to customer needs.
