Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Super Punjab Sweet House. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers leave satisfied.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: Fluency in English.

- Support for Indigenous People: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, promoting cultural understanding and respect.
- Support for Mature Workers: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers, recognizing their experience and wisdom.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
