Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DME Investments Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Train staff in job duties, food safety procedures, and customer service skills
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and menu development to ensure a competitive edge
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and motivate staff to achieve high standards
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills and ability to manage inventory and finances
