Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Industry: Freight forwarding / Warehousing

Location: Pointe-Claire

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to work beside the Sales Director in day-to-day operations and be the main source of support.

Responsibilities:
  • Engages with customers to identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities
  • Provide exemplary customer service and account relationship
  • Report to the Sales Director the customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts, and new monthly orders coming in
  • Maintain and develop relationships with leads, prospects and existing customers
  • Take ownership of the identification of potential issues within live accounts and coordinate with the Sales Director to take timely and effective action to resolve them
Qualifications:
  • Experience in warehousing and Knowledge of 3PL/trucking is considered an asset
  • Ability to maintain close relationships, strong customer service
  • Experience working in Administrative or Coordination
  • Passion for warehousing/transport industry, strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
