Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at TerraSource Global. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Fluency in multiple languages
