Sales Development Representative

TerraSource Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by developing and executing sales plans, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex customer problems and develop creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. French is a plus.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to plan and perform a wide variety of duties, and make decisions based on precedent and company policies.
This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel for conferences and training. The employee will be required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee may occasionally lift items as heavy as 30lbs.
