Ignite Talent Solutions is a prominent multi-service firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their expanding team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, both virtually and in person, while leading and providing comprehensive administrative support across the firm. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and ensuring timely restocking.
Job Description:
You will liaise with property management, leasing contacts, building maintenance, and security teams to maintain a smooth office environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in office management and administration within a law firm environment.
Proficiency in software like PCLaw is advantageous. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, excellent time and project management abilities.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
