We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Engineer to join our team in La Pocatiere, CA. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative manufacturing solutions for our transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop manufacturing processes and products.
  • Participate in the realization of first units and support main manufacturing functions.
  • Determine functional requirements and draft technical documentation for train car assembly.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop manufacturing methods, products, and new markets in partnership with internal and external expertise.
  • Develop action plans to improve productivity and integrate new technologies into our manufacturing processes.
  • Define and estimate costs of economical production methods according to product requirements.

Required Profile:

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of fundamental theories, principles, and concepts related to mechanical manufacturing and assembly.
  • Basic welding knowledge an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required; CATIA software an asset.
  • Fluency in French and good working knowledge of English.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Autonomy and rigor.
  • Excellent communications skills and team player.
  • Available to travel.
