Job Title: Senior Analyst, Sales Account Manager, Energy Solutions

Join Enbridge, a leading energy company, as a Senior Analyst, Sales Account Manager, Energy Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving participation in Commercial Energy Conservation programs, collaborating with Energy Solutions Advisors, customers, and national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Energy Solutions Advisors, customers, and national accounts to drive participation in Commercial Energy Conservation programs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer program inquiries effectively.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software for project tracking and reporting.
  • Support application processing by collecting information, analyzing data, and calculating eligible incentives.
  • Drive program participation through outreach campaigns and follow-up on leads from sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A university degree in engineering, energy management, business, or a related field with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to work on CRM platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service in a cross-functional environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple processes and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to upholding core values of safety, integrity, respect, and inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background and experience in technical sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems.
  • Practical background in energy conservation program delivery.
  • Experience in Project Management or Change Management.
  • Certified Energy Management Certificate is an asset.
