About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our Saskatoon Customer Solutions Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate information
- Confirm customer requirements for service and other information
- Address and clarify any customer concerns quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

- Strong customer service background (3 – 5 years)
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Sales and/or building construction experience would be an asset
