Bilingual Content Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Content Claims Specialist to join our team at Crawford & Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling content claims in a timely and accurate manner, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct onsite visits to meet with adjusters and policyholders to conduct inventories of total loss contents.
- Ensure consistent and quality turnaround of all claims in accordance with our productivity and performance standards.
- Work with our support teams to organize and direct resources required for completing inventories and LKQ valuations of total loss contents.
- Adhere to our commitment to timely and informative updates on the content claims process to adjusters and policyholders.
- Complete and submit detailed work/time logs daily for all claim tasks completed.
- Maintain claim-related notes in our platform, exclaim, related to various tasks involved in handling claims.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion/pricing of all outstanding items, adhering to Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ) standards.
- Consistently promote our brand, image, and reputation in a professional and positive manner.
- A Secondary School diploma.
- Ability to work independently in most circumstances, with minimal supervision.
- Some prior background/experience in the Property claims industry would be considered an asset.
- Be able to provide an adequate workspace, free of noise.
- Employee must provide their own high-speed internet service.
- Company equipment, including a laptop, will be provided. It is the employee's responsibility to care and maintain the equipment, as per policy.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required, with any business-related expenses covered by Crawford & Company.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office/Outlook, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
