Retail Store Manager

Mandy and Raj's Valu-Mart is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules and manage store staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff, including cash handling and customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility and reliability, with a strong work ethic
