Retail Store Manager

Mandy and Raj's Valu-Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility and reliability, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
