Job Title: Director of Rooms

At Accor Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rooms to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Valet, Gift Shop, Spa, and Housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high levels of personal service.
  • Leadership of housekeeping functions, guaranteeing the cleanliness and quality of all guest areas.
  • Excellence in appearance of all hotel areas, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Effective management of payroll and direct expenses, ensuring alignment with the hotel budget and business levels.
  • Collaboration with management to develop the annual hotel budget and prepare action plans as directed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in forecasting and scheduling, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to nurture and develop managers-in-training.
  • Highly service-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Education/Formal Training:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalency required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in all aspects of the Rooms Division in a property of similar size and quality.
