Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites West Edmonton. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
