Restaurant Service Manager

We're seeking experienced Shift Leaders to join our team at Banff Hospitality Collective, a dynamic group of restaurants in the heart of Banff National Park.

What You Need:
- ProServe certification
- Previous serving and bartending experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexible schedule required
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player
As a Shift Leader, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in ensuring a smooth running of restaurant service. This includes liaising with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, handling customer concerns, and setting up the restaurant for a successful service.
