Job Summary

We are searching for an experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our FINPRO team. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a book of high-profile, highly complex FINPRO clients with national and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of high-profile, highly complex FINPRO clients, with national and international operations.
  • Work within a strong team dynamic with driven and supportive colleagues.
  • Deliver the Firm by aligning client strategies and needs to the company's capabilities and resources.
  • Join a tenured team known for its ability to deliver high-end, professional, and technically strong advisory services to clients across the construction and infrastructure industry.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience working with and managing large, complex accounts.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Service expertise, sales capabilities, with a focus on client retention and growth initiatives.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Broker's license or willingness to obtain.
  • An in-depth knowledge of changing market conditions to contribute to the firm's body of knowledge.
