We are seeking a skilled Industrial Coating Specialist to join our team at STORE-RITE SYSTEMS INC.

About the Role:

The Industrial Coating Specialist will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, operating and controlling electroplating equipment, hot-dip metal plating equipment, and spray equipment to coat metal. This role requires attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance
  • Operate and control various types of coating equipment, including electroplating, hot-dip metal plating, and spray equipment
  • Select and apply appropriate paint or mix paints to achieve desired results
  • Tend or operate equipment to prepare items for application of protective or decorative coatings
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Hand-eye co-ordination and dexterity to handle equipment and tools
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
