Senior Property Manager, Square One

Job Summary
The Senior Property Manager will oversee a large operational team, including Reception & Administration and Guest Experience, with a focus on Tenant / Guest Relations. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the upkeep of the property, ensuring an efficient alignment of site-level resources, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on corporate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and address daily inquiries from tenants and guests regarding property policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants, union and non-union employees.
- Effectively manage tenant relationships through responsive, diplomatic, and decisive interactions.
- Coordinate and communicate with tenants before, during, and after tenant changes or updates.
- Lead and direct property teams in completing their duties, ensuring alignment with property objectives.
- Conduct regular property inspections and facilitate employee engagement and hospitality programs.
- Act as a liaison between property departments to ensure clear communication.
- Support the management office by providing mentorship and leadership to the Reception Administrator role.
- Coordinate financial matters with the Senior Manager, Portfolio Administration.
- Provide guidance and coordination for multi-year budget preparation and regular forecasting.
- Collaborate with Leasing to provide information on market share, sales projections, and category analysis.
- Prepare monthly reports, including analysis of tenant sales and customer traffic data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related business field.
- 5 years of industry experience in commercial property management.
- Industry designation(s) considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a people leader managing a team.
- Proven financial skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
