About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GURU NANAK ENTERPRISES. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure efficient service and high-quality food production.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
