About the Role

GURU NANAK ENTERPRISES is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food, meeting their expectations and needs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment is required.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
    • Client focus to ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The role involves standing for extended periods and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
