About the RoleThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen staff, planning menus, and ensuring high-quality food standards. As an Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for supervising activities, maintaining records, and preparing complete meals for special events.
Duties and Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer demands.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals, specialty foods, and desserts for special events and regular customers.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, requisition supplies, and maintain accurate records of food costs and consumption.
- Training and Development: Train staff on preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- At least 1-7 months of work experience as a chef or similar role.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Familiarity with English language.
