About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Networks Project Management Director to join our team at Echelon Insurance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning and analysis of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Lead the delivery of finance projects and business case analysis
  • Manage and coach a team of high-performing analysts and supervisors
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive the development and execution of strategic plans
  • Provide leadership and direction in the delivery of finance deliverables
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a master's degree considered an asset
  • 7+ years of experience managing multiple resources and business units in the P&C Insurance industry
  • Knowledge of IFRS17 and P&C1 reporting and insurance regulatory standards
  • Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills
