Job Title: Director, Networks Project Management

Echelon Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Networks Project Management to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Lead the development of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Manage and coach a team of financial analysts to ensure delivery of high-quality financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a master's degree considered an asset
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in the P&C insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS17 and P&C1 reporting and insurance regulatory standards
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to organize and manage large complex projects and multiple priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to communicate data and findings to senior management levels
