Store Operations Manager

Première Moisson is a leading bakery and charcuterie products manufacturer with over 1,200 employees across 20+ bakeries in Quebec and Ontario.

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of all store operations, ensuring optimal profitability, effective human resource management, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and control all store operations, including purchasing, inventory, cashiering, and cost management.
  • Manage staff through hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision.
  • Foster outstanding customer service by ensuring staff meet product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain professional customer relations through advice, service, and advocacy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards among staff.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Thorough knowledge of retail food store or restaurant operations, including revenue and cost understanding.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written), English spoken as an asset.
  • Organized, dynamic leader focused on customer satisfaction, results, and teamwork.
  • Autonomy and respect for standards and rules.
  • Punctuality.

Benefits and Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus attractive benefits, ongoing training, employee assistance program, sick days, floating vacations, discounts on in-store purchases, work clothes provided, and other perks.
