Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including researching venues, vendors, and other services to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and manage event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage, to maintain a professional image.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, catering, and audio-visual equipment, to ensure a smooth event experience.
  • Develop and implement event marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures, to promote events effectively.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including set-up and tear-down, to ensure a successful outcome.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in event planning and coordination.
