About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a broad range of customer transactions, and promoting products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers
  • Handle a broad range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other transactions as necessary
  • Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns, escalating when necessary to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening a limited range of products and/or services for customers
  • S support business objectives by advising customers on suitable products and services, promoting bank capabilities, and contributing to Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and/or equivalent education
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Established customer service skills and a broad knowledge of basic banking products and services
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
Benefits and Perks

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
