Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at the Nova Scotia Health Authority. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor\u0027s degree and experience in the field, with a Certificate of Registry from the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists - R.R.T. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of respiratory care and be able to work in a fast-paced hospital or medical facility setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Bachelor\u0027s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
- Experience in respiratory care, preferably in a hospital or medical facility setting
- Certificate of Registry from the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists - R.R.T.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
