Job Description:

Brandt is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our Cranbrook Construction & Forestry location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.

This role involves:

  • Solving problems efficiently
  • Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard
  • Locating parts and shipping them to customers and other branches
  • Providing assistance to branch service technicians as needed
  • Ordering inventory stock and making adjustments to inventory levels
  • Accurately documenting and reporting all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information

Physical Demands:

  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in the parts industry (preferable)
  • A solid foundation in parts and warehousing knowledge and skills
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
