Responsibilities:- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
- Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure seamless execution of daily activities.
- Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and implement programs that promote healthy growth and development.
- Plan and lead activities that foster creativity, learning, and socialization through storytelling, songs, and crafts.
- Prepare nutritious snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for meals and rest periods.
- Monitor children's progress and provide regular reports to parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation:We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including a dental plan and healthcare plan. Our company also offers a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
