Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Daniel et Daniel Catering & Events. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals for events and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Participate in food safety and sanitation procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
