Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Partnerships Coordinator - Hospitality & Events to join our team at TD Place. As a key member of our Partnerships department, you will provide exceptional support in facilitating our premium hospitality program and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Corporate Partnerships department on all premium hospitality and corporate partner events.
  • Coordinate and execute OSEG premium partner experiences, travel, and events.
  • Support account fulfillment and partner development process of select accounts.
  • Develop and maintain innovative summary collateral and presentation materials.
  • Provide research support for new prospective partners and identify industry trends.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in a front-facing, client service role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, when needed.
