Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to lead our Financial Risk Oversight team. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for designing and executing audit plans to ensure the effectiveness of our financial risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness of financial risk management processes
  • Lead a team of audit professionals to conduct risk assessments, audits, and reviews
  • Identify and mitigate financial risk through the implementation of control recommendations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial risk management processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to financial risk management
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in audit or risk management, with a focus on financial risk oversight
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing audit plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to senior management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are an asset
