Restaurant Operations Manager

At CHAWLAS INDIAN BISTRO AND PARTY HALL, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to modify food preparation methods and menu prices in line with the restaurant's budget and customer preferences.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that they are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
- Cost products and services to ensure that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we get the best value for our money.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic security clearance.
- Own transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
