Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Travellers Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Travellers Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude
