Job Title: Sales and Estimation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Estimation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by developing market potential, forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify market potential by qualifying accounts and scheduling appointments
  • Initiate the sales process by making initial presentations and understanding account requirements
  • Closing sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Achieve marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of insulation products and an understanding of the building envelope
  • Experience within the construction industry is highly desired
  • Presentation skills, internal communications, verbal and written communication, closing skills, motivation for sales, sales planning, territory management, prospecting skills, persistence, and meeting sales goals
  • Ambition and a thirst to learn is a must
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with territory sales
Key Relationships:
  • Reports to: Branch Operations Manager
  • Key Relationships: Sales Operations Team, Production Supervisors, Scheduling Administrator/Branch Administrator
