Mass Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role
The Customer Experience Specialist will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
