Clinical Systems Design Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Design Analyst to join our Data Science team at Allergan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing clinical systems that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities- System Design and Development: Ensure that clinical systems are designed and developed to meet the requirements of each study protocol and that common data standards are used.
- System Optimization: Ensure that systems are specified to optimize functionality, end-user experience, and data flow.
- Project Management: Accountable for the on-time design and delivery of new clinical systems, integrations between systems, and any required changes to clinical systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that systems meet federal regulations and applicable local regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), ICH Guidelines, and AbbVie Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Team Collaboration: Interact with and influence DSS and cross-functional team members to achieve program and study objectives.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Responsible for coaching and mentoring Data Science Associates.
- Process Improvement: Participate in DSS and cross-functional innovation and process improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent. Master's preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of clinical technology experience (e.g., EDC, IRT, ePRO) or 5+ years of experience in a similar technical role or in a clinical development role.
- Skills: Demonstrated understanding of clinical trial process, knowledge of CDASH and SDTM, demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority, and effective communication and analytical skills.
