About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Mobile Savvy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that solutions meet client needs and are user-friendly.
  • Quality Assurance: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale to ensure their satisfaction and success with our solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
