Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and empowered to make a purchase.
  • Perform register functions, utilizing your sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is visually appealing, meeting all visual standards and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the store is ready for business and that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
