Team Lead

Purdys Chocolatier is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at our Orchard Park location. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading our team to success by providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and working collaboratively with our staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and store operations to ensure a positive customer experience
- Work closely with the Shop Management to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance and skills
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving to ensure accurate stock levels
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
