Director, Franchise Sales and Development

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our franchise sales and development efforts in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying franchise opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and executing hotel franchise agreements.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Ontario, with frequent travel required to lead generation and customer relationship management in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify franchise opportunities in Eastern Canada
  • Negotiate deal terms and execute hotel franchise agreements
  • Manage relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders
  • Forecast and report on sales performance
  • Assist other members of the development team on special projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in business or relationship development
  • Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
  • Experience in franchise sales organization(s) preferred
