The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric strategy that drives business growth and customer loyalty. This includes capturing and analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and leading change initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of customer experience strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer experience improvements.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel 1 week per month.
