**Job Overview**

The University of Toronto is seeking a highly motivated Student Recruitment and Admissions Liaison to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced recruitment and admissions expert to support the Faculty Registrar's office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of university policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret academic regulations, program, and degree requirements for potential applicants.
  • Prepare statistical reports and summaries from collected data.
  • Deliver student recruitment presentations and draft written materials for presentations.
  • Advise potential applicants, students, parents, and/or guidance counselors on admissions criteria and processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of University programs, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum four years related experience in undergraduate student recruitment and admissions, preferably in a large post-secondary institution.
  • Experience reviewing and assessing applications for undergraduate admissions.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international education systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with issues related to domestic and international student recruitment, admission, and university life.
  • Proven event planning experience in the context of student recruitment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time term position until September 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $79,874 per year, with an annual step progression to a maximum of $102,147. The University of Toronto offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes extended health and dental care, vision care, and life insurance.
