Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop management, farm maintenance, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Farm Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on farm equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors, plows, and other machinery.
  • Task Completion: Complete tasks such as mixing fertilizer, fertilizing and spraying crops, and harvesting crops in a timely and efficient manner.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Farm Laborer will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
