Job Title: Production Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team at Natural Life Nutrition Inc.

Job Summary:

The Production Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate records. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on production progress and inventory levels
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules and inventory levels
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient production and delivery
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation as required
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or logistics role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
