Job Title: Production Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team at Natural Life Nutrition Inc.

Job Summary:

The Production Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate records. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on production progress and inventory levels.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track production progress.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track production milestones.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure efficient production processes.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • 1 year of experience in a production or logistics role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
