Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at 18 WHEELS LOGISTICS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
Job Summary:The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing production activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
- Develop and implement plans to optimize production processes
- Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- Coordinate activities with other work units and departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Prepare and submit reports on production progress and performance
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring efficient inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Project management and coordination, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
- Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Follow up on issues with work orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- 2 years of experience in a production or logistics role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
