Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize production processes
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports
  • Project management and customer service
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a production or logistics role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
